COASTAL LABORATORIES is a multi-facility unit that can perform rigorous manufacturing methods with ease. Manufacturing plant is installed with wide variety of high end mechanical equipment that can execute different types of processes and handle enormous production capacities. Installations include SS-316L chemical reactors, Glass line reactors, Graphite reactors and other machinery to facilitate Milling, Pulverizing and Blending processes as per GMP standards.
Integrated water distribution system enveloping every section of the industrial space provides uninterrupted water supply and prevents delay in the flow of manufacturing operations. Waste water management system includes multi jet forced evaporation facility which provides pollution free disposal mechanism.

Quality Control
As part of the Quality Control mechanism we have a sophisticated Instrumentation Laboratory equipped with advanced analytical instruments like Gas Chromatography (GC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Thin-layer Chromatography (TLC), Polarimeter etc, and well established Wet Lab with Fume hood, Muffle furnace, Oven etc.
